We are our habits. Some good, some bad. How many of your habits are conscious? Remember, habits are behaviors and behaviors drive results.
Goals are accomplished because a person or team created, changed, or emphasized a behavior.
Any lofty goal that doesn’t identify and prioritize the behavioral changes necessary to achieve it is disconnected from the process of performance and is destined to be missed.
