I’ve spent over 20 years leading inside financial sales teams in the volatile commodity markets sector.

 

I believe that sales organizations must define and live by guiding principles in three areas:

I love leading sales training and call reviews to guide salespeople to new heights of performing in the conversation.

As I approached my 50th birthday, I had the realization that my life has been punctuated by purposeful transformations. I also began to recognize the patterns and behaviors that drove those transformations.

So I created a framework I call the “Nine Non-Negotiable Behaviors for Purposeful Transformation”. The Nine Behaviors will change you and your business, as they have for me, including times when I needed to transform my own life.

Today, armed with this dynamic framework, I drive the purposeful transformation of individuals and sales organizations.
